ALL PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH-VOLUME SALES & HOLIDAY SEASONS.
Project Turnaround Time: During periods of high volume and holiday seasons, project turnaround times may vary. Please be aware that the turnaround time begins on the following business day after placing the order. For instance, if you place an order on Friday morning, the 7-10 business day turnaround period will begin on Monday at 11 am (our start of the day time).
Refund Policy: Given the customized nature of our services, refunds are not issued. Once work, including proofs, has been presented/ labor has begun, refunds cannot be issued. However, in the event of dissatisfaction, reasonable adjustments or service modifications can be arranged, excluding labor fees for the ongoing project. Should a client opt to cancel a project, the payment will serve as a cancellation fee.
Project Abandonment: A project is considered abandoned if there has been no communication for 30 days. To restart the project, a $50 fee is required. If there has been no communication for over 45 days, the project will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds can be issued due to the custom nature of our services.
Incorrect/Incomplete Information: Please submit all information via email. We cannot be held responsible for misspellings, typos, or missing information. Once the design is approved, The ROSE Brand will not make any corrections. Clients are encouraged to carefully review spelling, typos, and spacing before approving the project.
Right to Decline Projects: We maintain the discretion to reject any project at any time and for any reason without explanation.
Revision Policy: Our graphic design services, including logos and flyers, include two complimentary revisions during the proofing stage. Once the client approves the final proof, the project is considered completed. The revision process typically spans from 1 to 7 business days for graphics. General revisions are managed in the order they are received.
Any additional revisions beyond the package limit will incur an additional fee.
